【au PAY】I would like to know how to check my balance via the app

You can check your balance on the home screen of the au PAY app.

Please see below for detailed instructions.

Important note

If the balance does not appear in the au PAY app, please log in to the au PAY website with your au ID to check.

Launch the au PAY app.

The balance will be displayed at the top of the screen.

If the balance is displayed as "--- yen", it is hidden. Tap on the "--- yen" to display the balance.
