I want to unsubscribe/cancel a continuous use service that I am paying for with " au Easy Payment ".
To unsubscribe / cancel a continuous service that you are paying for with " au Easy Payment ", you must unsubscribe / cancel on your own.
Please do the procedures on the website of each service provider you applied for.
The " au Easy Payment " is a system in which KDDI charges fees for services that customers have applied for or purchased on behalf of the provider.
Please refer to the following for instructions on how to unsubscribe / cancel your continuous use service.
STEP1 : Check the services you are registered for

Access the " Registered Services "「ご登録中のサービス」page on the【au Easy Payment】site.
- You may be asked to log in with your au ID.

The services you are registered for will be displayed.
When you tap the name of the continuous use service you want to check, you can confirm details such as the service name, contact phone number and billing ID.
