【au ID】I would like to know how to proceed when I cannot login from my computer due to an au ID error code (HNYE0149/CCAE6082/CCAE6076)

Error codes HNYE0149, CCAE6082, and CCAE6076 occur when authentication is not successful due to fraud prevention measures, or when the system or app does not function properly immediately after cancellation.

Also, if you have set up your smartphone to log in using fingerprint or face recognition, you will not be able to log in from other devices (such as a computer), so please temporarily enable password login.

Steps

    Access au ID membership information site using the smartphone that you set up for biometric authentication.

    If you are viewing this page on a computer, please scan the QR code below with your smartphone.

    Tap on "Enter au ID to login" [au IDを入力してログイン].

    • If your au ID is displayed, you are already logged in, so proceed to Step 6.

    Enter your au ID and tap on "Next" [次へ].

    Tap on the fingerprint sensor on your smartphone.

    If the fingerprint is recognized, it will turn into a "✓" mark.

    Tap on [≡MENU].

    Tap on "Password Login Settings" [パスワードによるログイン設定].

    Tap on [OK].

    Tap on the fingerprint sensor on your smartphone.

    If the fingerprint is recognized, it will turn into a "✓" mark.

    Tap on "Enable Login with Password" [パスワードによるログインを有効にする].

    Tap on "Set" [設定する].

    Tap on "Enable" [有効にする].

  • 14

    Password login has been enabled for 15 minutes.
