I would like to know how to change the name, address, or contact number registered in my au ID Membership Information (linked to my current au / UQ mobile contract)
The name/address associated with your au ID, which is linked to your current au/UQ mobile contract are registered automatically based on the information related to your line.
By performing the procedure to change the contract holder’s information of the line, the name and address of your au ID will also be changed.
The au ID contact phone number can be changed through the "au ID Membership Information Site" [au ID会員情報サイト].
Changing the "Name" [氏名] of the au ID
Please perform with the procedure to change the name/surname of the contract holder for your au/UQ mobile number.
Changing the "Address" [住所] of the au ID
Please perform the procedure to change your contract address through My au (Web).
Changing the "Contact Phone Number" [連絡先電話番号] of the au ID
You can complete the change procedure through the "au ID Membership Information Site" [au ID会員情報サイト].
- Tap on "Change" [変更] in the "Customer Information" [お客さま情報] section to proceed.
au ID linked to your au/UQ mobile contract (cancelled)
I would like to know how to change the name, address, or contact number registered in my au ID Membership Information (linked to my cancelled au/UQ mobile contract)
The name registered on your au ID cannot be changed after cancelling your au/UQ mobile contract.
The au ID address and contact phone number can be changed through the "au ID Membership Information Site" [au ID会員情報サイト].

Access the au ID Membership Information Site and login with your au ID.

Tap on "Change" [変更] in the customer information section.

Enter your password and tap on "OK".
- If this screen is not displayed, proceed to the next step.

Enter the items you wish to change and tap on "Next" [次へ].
- If you enter your "Postal code" [郵便番号] and tap on "Address Search" [住所検索], the search result will be set in "Address 1" [住所1]

Tap on "Change" [変更].

Enter your PIN and tap on "OK".
- If this screen is not displayed, proceed to the next step.

The changes have been completed.
Tap on "Return" [戻る] to go back to the "membership information" [会員情報] page.
au ID that has never been linked to an au/UQ mobile contract
