【au ID】I would like to disable fingerprint/face authentication login settings

You can disable fingerprint/face authentication on the au ID Membership Information website.

Please refer to the detailed steps below.

To change the fingerprint/face authentication login settings, you must log in with your current au ID/password.
If your au ID is linked to au, povo 1.0, or UQ mobile, you need to turn off Wi‑Fi and connect via 5G/4G LTE to operate the device.
This operation must be performed on a device that has fingerprint/face authentication registered.
If you have upgraded your device or replaced it due to a malfunction, and you no longer have access to the old device that you set up to log in using fingerprint/face authentication, and you are unable to log in using the instructions on this page, please try the instructions on the following page.

Access the au ID Membership Information website.

Tap on "Log in with au ID" [au IDを入力してログイン].

Enter your "au ID" and tap on "Next" [次へ].

Tap on the "Remove Switch" [解除スイッチ] for the device you wish to disable.
