I would like to know how to change the 4-digit PIN in My au app
The 4-digit PIN you set up when you made the contract with au can be changed online on the "My Page" [マイページ] of the My au app.
Please see below for detailed instructions.
Important note

When changing your 4-digit PIN, your current one is required. Please note that if you enter the incorrect PIN three times on the same day, you will not be able to change your PIN until the next day.
- Do not set a number that is easily guessed by others, such as your birthday or a consecutive numbers.
- A PIN used in the past cannot be set.
Steps

Launch My au app.

Tap on "My Page" [マイページ] .

Tap on "Customer Registration and Billing Information Confirmation/Change" [お客様登録・ご請求情報の確認・変更].

Tap on "Customer Information" [お客様登録情報].

Tap on "Change" [変更] in the PIN [暗証番号] section.

Enter the au ID password and tap [OK].

Enter your current PIN and tap on [OK].

Enter your new PIN in two fields and tap on "Change" [変更] to complete the process.
