What documents are required when signing a new contract for a minor?
If you are signing a new contract in the name of a minor, you will need an identity verification document and other required documents.

Important notes
- To sign a new contract in the name of a minor, please visit our store after obtaining consent from a guardian with parental authority.
- If a guardian with parental authority cannot accompany the minor, the store will call to confirm their consent.
If accompanied by the guardian with parental authority
- The contract holder’s identity verification document

- Items required to pay your monthly bill (credit card, cash card, etc.)

Items required for monthly payment procedures, such as the bank passbook, seal registered with the financial institution, cash card or credit card of the contract holder
The credit card in the name of the guardian with parental authority is also accepted for registration.
If not accompanied by the guardian with parental authority
The store will call the guardian with parental authority to confirm the consent.

If you wish to register a credit card, etc. in the name of the guardian with parental authority, the guardian must be present at the store.
