【Usage Support】I would like to know how to diagnose a problem and to deal with it using the app
Using the "Easy Analysis" [かんたん診断] feature in the "Usage Support App" [使い方サポートアプリ], you can diagnose symptoms or issues with your smartphone. If any abnormalities are detected, suggested troubleshooting steps based on the diagnosis results will be displayed.
Please check the instructions below on how to operate.
Important notes
- The Easy Analysis can also be used by customers who are not members of the Usage Support Service.
- Please note that povo customers cannot use the Usage Support App.

An internet connection is required to use the Usage Support App. If you are having trouble connecting to the internet, please refer to the following page.
Steps

Launch the "Usage Support"[使い方サポート] App.

If you do not have the "Usage Support"「使い方サポートアプリ」app, please download it from the following page and make the initial setup, including logging in with your au ID.

Tap on "My Page" [マイページ]

Tap on "Easy Analysis" [かんたん診断].

Tap on "Analyze after cleaning" [お手入れしてから診断] or "Analyse now" [すぐに診断].
- In this example, we will tap on "Analyze now" [すぐに診断].
- This screen is only displayed on Android smartphones. If you are using an iPhone, proceed to step 5.

Tap on "Next" [次へ].

Tap on "Only while using the app" [アプリの使用中のみ] or "Just this time" [今回のみ].

Tap on "Allow" [許可].
- If this option does not appear, proceed to step 8.

The screen will display the automatic diagnosis process.

The diagnosis is complete. Tap on "Next" [次へ].

The diagnosis results and recommended troubleshooting steps will be displayed.
