What is the service fee if I am enrolled in the Repair and Delivery Support with AppleCare Services?

  • It may vary depending on the time of enrollment.

Repair/Replacement Cost (During Policy Period)

  • Hardware Warranty for iPhone/iPad, battery, and attached earphones and accessories

  • Services such as repairs for damages due to misuse and accidents (falls, liquid contact damage)

    The number of compensations varies depending on the time of enrollment. 

    If you joined from September 24, 2021: Up to 2 times in one year 

    If you joined on or before September 23, 2021: Up to 4 times in four years

Delivery Repair

An Apple-designated carrier will come to pick it up.
