【au PAY prepaid card】I want to reissue my card (due to theft, loss, magnetic stripe damage, etc.)

Please select the reason for the card reissuance from the au PAY website and complete the procedure. 

  • If you select the reissue reason "Theft/Loss" [盗難・紛失] on the card reissue page, you can choose between "Suspension only" [カード停止のみ] or "Suspension and Reissuance" [カード停止・再発行].
  • The reissuance fee for the au PAY prepaid card is free of charge.

  • After reissuing the au Pay prepaid card, the old card will no longer be usable.

  • After reissuing the au PAY prepaid card, you will temporarily be unable to use au PAY (code payment) until you complete the procedure to start using the new card.

  • The new au PAY prepaid card will be delivered approximately within 10 to 15 days after application.

  • You will need to complete the procedure to start using the new card. Please complete the procedure when you receive the card.
  • The au PAY balance will be automatically transferred when you complete the procedure to start using the new card.
