I would like to cancel the Repair and Delivery Support (iPhone/iPad)

You can cancel the "Repair and Delivery Support Wide with AppleCare Services & iCloud+" [故障紛失サポートワイド with AppleCare Services & iCloud+], "Repair and Delivery Support with AppleCare Services & iCloud+" [故障紛失サポート with AppleCare Services & iCloud+], "Repair and Delivery Support with AppleCare Services" [故障紛失サポート with AppleCare Services] through My au (Web).

Once canceled, you will not be able to rejoin until you purchase your next eligible device.

Important notes

  • If you cancel in the middle of the month, the monthly fee will not be prorated, and a full month's fee will be charged.
  • Procedures conducted after 8 p.m. on the last day of the month will be processed the next day, and a full month's fee will be charged.
  • This page uses images from My au (Web) to explain, but the same operations can be performed on My UQ mobile (Web).

    Check the compensation service you want to cancel in the "Device Compensation Service" [端末補償サービス] column and tap on "Change" [変更].

    • If you are using a line other than au/UQ mobile/povo1.0, scroll up from the bottom of the screen and tap on "Device Compensation Service" [端末補償サービス]. Then proceed to Step 3.
    • If you have canceled your au contract, tap on "Device Compensation Service Cancellation Procedure" [端末補償サービス解約の手続き]. Then proceed to Step 3.

     Tap on "Cancel" [解約する].

    Read the "Important Notes" [ご注意事項] then tap on "Agree and Proceed" [同意して次に進む].

    Read the "Important Notes" [ご注意事項], then tap on "Next" [次へ].

    Review the changes and select the method to check the contract details. Then, tap on "Apply with this information" [この内容で申し込む].

    • If you select "Notify by email" [Eメールでお知らせ], enter your email address and confirm your email address in the "Email address" and "Re-enter Email address" [メールアドレス] [Eメールアドレス再入力] fields.

    The cancellation procedure for Repair and Delivery Support is now complete.

    • If you apply after 8:00 p.m., your application will be processed after 9:00 a.m. the following day.
  • All of the indicated amounts exclude tax unless otherwise specified.
