If you change to a plan that includes Netflix
Your Netflix subscription remains active, and you can continue using it.
If you change to a plan that does not include Netflix / if you cancel or temporarily suspend your au line
Your Netflix subscription remains active, and you can continue using it. (You will be billed directly by Netflix.)
If you wish to cancel Netflix, you will need to unsubscribe directly with Netflix.
If you started using Netflix when you signed up the plan including Netflix
If you change to a plan that includes Netflix
Your Netflix subscription remains active, and you can continue using it.
If you change to a plan that does not include Netflix
If you change your plan while also upgrading your device or adding new devices, your Netflix subscription will be automatically canceled on the day of the procedure.
If you only change your plan, your Netflix subscription will be automatically canceled at the end of the month in which the procedure was completed.
If you wish to continue using Netflix, you will need to register your method of payment following the email instructions from Netflix.

If you change your plan or cancel/suspend your au line, your Amazon Prime membership will automatically be terminated on the membership renewal date.

For services that will not be automatically canceled, you need to complete the procedure on My au (Web) if you wish to cancel.
Please be aware that if you do not complete the cancellation procedure, the service will continue, and charges will apply.
If you change to a plan that includes each service
Your Apple Music, YouTube Premium, DAZN, and Piccoma WEB subscriptions will not be automatically canceled, and you can continue using them after the plan change.
If you change to a plan that does not include each service
Apple Music, YouTube Premium, DAZN, and Piccoma WEB (*) will not be automatically canceled, and you can continue using them. (Discounts from your au charges will end.)
For Piccoma WEB, you will receive 800 points once a month for a monthly fee of 700 yen.
If you cancel or temporarily suspend your au line
Your Apple Music, YouTube Premium, DAZN, and Piccoma WEB subscriptions will be automatically canceled on the day of the procedure.
