I want to cancel the au mobile phone or tablet because the contract holder has passed away.
Cancellation procedures for au mobile phones, smartphones, and tablets (including iPads) are available at au Style/au shop. The agent is limited to guardians (parental authority), minor guardians, adult guardians, family of the contract holder, and facility personnel.

The "au Purchase Support Clause" is applied, and even if it is a contract type where a fee is charged for cancellation, it will be waived.

- Seal of the person who is visiting (other than rubber stamp / signature accepted)
