I would like to know how to check my outstanding bills

You can check it on My au (Web). Please note that it may take some time for the information to be reflected, so please check after 8 to 10 days from the payment due date (or the withdrawal date for direct debit).

If there are no outstanding bills, it will display "There are no outstanding bills as of the previous month".

    Select the au phone number or ID you want to check, then tap on "Select" [選択].

    • If this screen does not appear, please proceed to the next step.

    Enter the 4-digit PIN you set at the time of contract, then tap on "Next" [次へ].

    The outstanding bills and payment due date will be displayed.
