I would like to know how to check my outstanding bills

You can check it on My au (Web). Please note that it may take some time for the information to be updated, so kindly check after 8 to 10 days from the payment due date (or the withdrawal date for direct debit).

If there are no outstanding bills, it will display "There are no outstanding bills as of the previous month".

Important note

For your reference

  • Payment instructions will be sent to you by text message (SMS),+Message, email or a paper bill, approximately 10 to 14 days after the payment due date. We kindly request you to make the payment promptly.
  • There have been many cases of spam SMS/emails falsely claiming to be KDDI. Please be careful.
  • All of the indicated amounts exclude tax unless otherwise specified.
