Customers who pay their monthly bill via direct debit from bank account can choose either the 25th, or the last day of the month for the direct debit date (payment date).
The procedure can be done through My au (Web).
Please see below for detailed instructions.
Select the au phone number or au Hikari contract number for which you want to change the direct debit date.
After selecting your au phone number or au Hikari contract number, tap on "Select" [選択].
The currently applied direct debit from bank account date will be displayed.
If you wish to change it, tap on "End of month" [月末日].
Confirm these important notes and tap on "Next" [次へ].
Review the changes, tap on "Apply with this information" [この内容で申し込む].
The change of the direct debit date is now complete.
