Enter your PIN and tap on "Next" [次へ].
Review the important information and tap the checkbox.
Tap on "Agree to the Important Information and Proceed to continue" [重要事項説明に同意の上、手続きに進む] .
Select the invoice delivery address, method of payment, and whether or not to issue a paper invoice (for a fee), then tap on "Next" [次に進む].
Confirm the details and tap on "Apply with this information" [この内容で申し込む].
