I would like to undo my combined billing (split billing)

To separate combined KDDI billing, you can complete the procedure at au Style/au shop, by mailing the application form, or through My au (Web).

Important notes

  • If there is an outstanding bill, you will not be able to split the bill.
  • Please note that some discounts such as au Matome Talk/Combo Discount may no longer apply. Please verify the applicable conditions before applying.
  • Split billing for electricity/gas cannot be processed in-store. Please contact chat support.

Procedure at an au Style/au shop

  • The contract holder of the line that you want to be billed separately must visit the store.
  • If you would like to have separate billing for all lines with different contract holders, all of the contract holders must visit the shop in person.
  • If a family member other than the contract holder is to be the billing recipient (for example, if the contract holder is a minor and the guardian is to be the billing recipient, or if a direct debit from a family member's bank account is to be set up), please have both the contract holder and the family member come to the shop.

How to apply using the Application Form

Once you receive the application form, the contract holder should fill it out and send it back.

Procedures for PC and smartphone

If you wish to split only one line for a personal customer, you can do so through My au (Web).

    If the phone number selection screen appears, select the line you want to separate from your current bill and tap on "Select" [選択].

    • If this screen does not appear, proceed to the next step.
    • The steps from this point onwards are the steps when viewed on a PC, but they can also be viewed on a mobile phone in the same way.

    Enter your PIN and tap on "Next" [次へ].

    Review the important information and tap the checkbox.

    Tap on "Agree to the Important Information and Proceed to continue" [重要事項説明に同意の上、手続きに進む] .

    Select the invoice delivery address, method of payment, and whether or not to issue a paper invoice (for a fee), then tap on "Next" [次に進む].

    Confirm the details and tap on "Apply with this information" [この内容で申し込む].

    The procedure for separating combined billing has been completed.
