I would like to know how to issue a payment certificate required for Income Tax return

You can download au payment certificates in PDF format for the past 18 months, including the current month, from My au (Web).

Please see below for detailed instructions.

Important note

  • The screen shown is from My au (Web), but the same operations can be performed on My UQ Mobile (Web).

Steps

    Tap on "Save/Print Invoice/Receipt/Payment Certificate" [請求書/領収書/支払証明書の保存・印刷].

    Tap on "Invoice" [請求書].

    Tap on "Save/Print Payment Certificate" [支払証明書の保存・印刷].

  • 5

    Select the phone number you want to confirm and tap on "Select" [選択].

    • This option is required if you are merging bills.

    Enter your PIN and tap on "Next" [次へ].

    Select the invoice you wish to save or print and tap on "Download Selected Payment Certificate" [選択した支払証明書のダウンロード].

    • Up to 18 months of payments can be shown on one payment certificate.

    Tap on [OK] to download the payment certificate in PDF format.

    Please print and use as needed.

  • This document certifies the amount you have paid to our company.
  • There is no fee for downloading your payment certificate, but you will be responsible for any data transmission charges incurred when downloading it.
  • For information on how to print the downloaded PDF, please check the page below.
  • All of the indicated amounts exclude tax unless otherwise specified.
