You can set a credit card in the name of the billing account holder or a family member's credit card as the payment method.

Names that can be set on My au (Web)
In principle, you can set up a credit card in the same name as the billing account holder.

Identity verification is performed during authentication using the 3D Secure authentication service.

The 3D Secure authentication service generally requires prior setup on the credit card company's website or similar platform. Please see the following page for details.
Names that can be registered at the shops
Credit card of the guardian with parental authority
You can set up a credit card with the same name as the registered guardian with parental authority.
Corporate credit card in the name of the contract holder
You can set up a credit card with the representative's name on it.
- Cards in a company name cannot be registered.
Credit card in the contract holder’s former name
You can register it by bringing the following two items.

A document that shows your name has changed (such as a Family Register Certificate(extract) or Certificate of Residence)
- Issued within the last three months

Family member’s credit card
You can set this if all three of the following conditions are met:
- A family member within the second degree, or in a partnership relation.

The credit card holder (family member) must present at the store an identity verification document that can confirm the same surname and address as the contract holder.
- If the family member has a different last name or lives at a different address, you will also need to provide a family relationship certificate (a document that proves the family relationship).
- In case of partnership relation, please bring a government-issued certificate that proves the relationship.
- The credit card holder (family member) is visiting the store.
Please visit the store with the identity verification document of the contract holder, identity verification document of the credit card holder (family member), and if necessary, the family relationship certificate or partner relation government-issued certificate.
