I would like to know when the service will be suspended if I have an outstanding bill

The service will be suspended sequentially from the day after the payment deadline indicated in the suspension notice.

(Estimated suspension of service: Around the middle of the month following the billing payment deadline)

Important note

  • We do not accept extensions to the suspension date.

For your reference

  • If you have any unpaid bill, we will send you a notification via +Message/SMS (text message)/Email/written notice to inform you of the suspension of your service.
  • All of the indicated amounts exclude tax unless otherwise specified.
