【WEB de Billing】I would like to know how to download my billing statement
You can download the past 14 months’ bills in PDF format from WEB de Billing on My au (Web).
Please check the instructions below.
Important note
- There is no charge for downloading your billing statement, however, any communication charges incurred during the download will be the customer's responsibility.

Select the invoice you wish to save or print.

Tap on "Download Invoice for the Selected Period" [選択した期間の請求書のダウンロード].

Tap on [OK], and the invoice will be downloaded in PDF format.
Please print as needed.

The services for which you are billed monthly by KDDI can use the PDF invoice as a qualified invoice, except for certain fees.

Download the Receipt
【WEB de Billing】I would like to know how to download my au receipt
If your payment method is by direct debit from bank account, you can download the receipts for the past 18 months in PDF format from "WEB de Billing" on My au (Web).
Please check the instructions below.
Important notes
- Receipts for purchases of devices and accessories made through the au Online Shop are not issued.
- Receipts for months when you did not pay by direct debit, such as when you changed your payment method, will not be displayed.
- There is no fee for downloading the receipt, however, the data transmission charges incurred during the download will be the customer's responsibility.
- If you pay by a method other than direct debit from bank account, you will not be able to download receipts from WEB de Billing. Please use the "Proof of Payment" instead of a receipt.

Tap on "Receipt" [領収書].

Select the invoice you wish to save or print.

Tap on "View Selected Receipt" [選択した領収書を表示].

Tap on [OK], and the receipt will be downloaded in PDF format.

【WEB de Billing】I would like to know how to download au payment certificate
You can download the past 18 months’ worth of au payment certificates, including the current month, in PDF format from WEB de Billing on My au (Web).
Please check the instructions below.
Important notes
- Receipts for purchases of devices and accessories made through the au Online Shop are not issued.
- There is no fee for downloading the Payment Certificate; however, the data transmission charges incurred when downloading will be at the customer’s expense.

Tap on "Save / Print Invoice, Receipt, or Payment Certificate" [請求書／領収書／支払証明書の保存・印刷].

Tap on "Invoice" [請求書].

Tap on "Save / Print Payment Certificate" [支払証明書の保存・印刷].

If you have combined billing, select the phone number you want to verify.
- If billing is not combined, proceed to step 7.

Tap on "Select" [選択].

Enter your PIN, then tap on "Next" [次へ].

Select the invoice you wish to save or print.

Tap on "Download Payment Certificate for Selected Period" [選択した期間の支払証明書のダウンロード].
- Up to 18 months of payment history can be displayed in one payment certificate.

Tap on [OK], and the payment certificate will be downloaded in PDF format.
Please print as needed.
For your reference
- This document certifies the amount you have paid to our company.
- It can be used in place of a receipt for income tax returns etc.
- If you pay your au charges via direct debit from bank account, you can download the receipts.
