  • Customers using UQ mobile can also apply at a UQ Spot, in addition to the au Style/au Shop.

How to apply at au Style/au Shop/UQ Spot

  • The contract holder of the line that you want to be billed separately must visit the store.
    • If you want lines with different contract holders to be billed separately, please visit the store with all contract holders.
  • If a family member other than the contract holder is the billing account holder (e.g., when the contract holder is a minor and the guardian (parental authority) is the billing account holder, or when you want to set up a direct debit from a bank account in the name of a family member), the contract holder and the family member must visit the store together.
