【au/UQ mobile】Can I pay my bill by Pay-easy at a bank ATM ? (I have the bill/I lost the bill)

Yes, you can pay this month's bill and outstanding charges by Pay-easy at a nearby bank ATM, using the bill you have. Please note that there is a separate fee for paying outstanding bills.

In addition, even if you do not have the bill, you can check on the website using your smartphone or computer, the financial institution number, customer code, and confirmation code required for the payment.

  • When proceeding, you will need to enter the "Financial Institution Number" [収納機関番号], "Customer Code" [お客様番号] and "Confirmation Code" [確認番号].

How to check each number (please check in advance)

There are two ways to check: ① On the bill or ② From "Pay the Bill" [今すぐ支払うからの確認].

  1. Checking on the bill

    Please check it on the bill you want to pay.

  2. Checking from "Pay the Bill" [料金のお支払い]

    Please tap on "Pay with Pay-easy" [Pay-easyで支払う] from the payment method selection and check.

      The following charges cannot be paid on this site.

      2. Payments that have passed a certain period from the original payment date due to payment delays and others.
