【au/UQ mobile】Can I get a Payment Certificate necessary for Income Tax Return?

Yes, you can issue a payment certificate for 18 months including the current month using the following methods.

  • Downloading from My au/My UQ mobile (free)

  • Applying for issuance of paper payment certificate by contacting our customer center (440 yen (tax included))

If a Payment Certificate in the name of the contract holder is required

You can download for free the Payment Certificate [支払証明書] in the name of the contract holder from My au/My UQ mobile.

How to download from My au/My UQ mobile

  • Depending on your contract status, certain features may not be available for download from the My au/My UQ mobile

    On the "Payment Certificate Download Page"[支払証明書ダウンロードページ], select the au phone number/ID for which you want to save or print the payment certificate and click "Select" [選択].

    Click "Payment Certificate" [支払証明書].

    Select the Payment Certificate you want to save or print and click the "Download Payment Certificate for Selected Period"[選択した期間の支払証明書のダウンロード]button.

    The Payment Certificate for the selected billing month will be downloaded. Please print and use it as needed.

Since it is not possible to issue through my au/my UQ mobile, please contact the following number for the customer center support.

What is a Payment Certificate?

  • It is a document that proves the amount you paid to our company

  • It can be used in place of a receipt for tax return
    • If you pay your au/UQ mobile bills by bank transfer, you can download your receipt. Click here for instructions on how to download your receipt.
  • The fee for issuing a paper payment certificate is 440 yen (tax included)

  • With a single application, you can obtain proof for 18 months including the latest billing month

  • It will be issued for each bill unit. If you pay by combined billing or have au lump-sum settlement, the certificate will be issued based on the total charge for all services.

  • It will take several days from application to the issuance of the paper payment certificate. Additionally, during the tax filing season it may take longer than usual due to increased demand. We recommend applying as early as possible
  • All of the indicated amounts exclude tax unless otherwise specified.
