【WEB de Billing】I want to check my family's usage fees (Set Viewing Rights)

If you have combined billing with your family and have set up the Viewing Rights, you can check your family's usage fees with WEB de Billing.

For those who have not completed 'Combine Billing' and 'Set Viewing Rights', after completing the settings, you will be able to check your family's usage fees on the WEB de Billing.

Also, the settings for Viewing Rights for the first time can only be managed by the billing account holder. Please set your Viewing Rights using the mobile phone of the billing account holder (contracted line).

What is Viewing Rights

Viewing Rights refer to the permission to view the breakdown of the billing statement. The initial setting is "No Viewing Rights allowed" [参照権限なし]. By changing it to "Allow Viewing Rights" [参照権限あり]  individually, it becomes possible to view the breakdown for multiple lines (family members, etc.) whose have combined billing.

 

Example: If the father gives himself and the mother viewing rights, but does not give the child viewing rights.

  • Before setting: Each person can only see their own billing breakdown and the total billing amount.
  • After setting: The father and mother can check billing breakdown and the total billing amount for the three of them.

Check your family’s usage fees with WEB de Billing

  • For those who have completed "Combine Billing"and "Set Viewing Rights", please check your family's usage fees with the following steps.
  • For those who have not completed the above settings, please do it only after completing the settings.

    Access WEB de Billing [WEB de 請求書].

    • Log in with your au ID and enter your 4-digit PIN.

    If Viewing Rights are set, you can check the billing breakdown of your family lines.

    Please tap the phone number you want to check to view the details.

If you have not completed "Combined Billing" or "Set Viewing Rights"

Complete the following steps 1 and 2 to check your family's usage fees via Web de Billing.

  1. Combine the bills
  2. Set up the Viewing Rights

    • If the contract holder and billing account holder are different, please apply via application form.
      • If there is a line in the same bill that already has Viewing Rights, you can add Viewing Rights to other lines only when you log in with that line.
      • If no one has Viewing Rights, please apply via application form.
    • Settings can be done only by customers who have au or UQ mobile (5G compatible plan) mobile phone line contract or have canceled their contract. Settings are not available for customers who only use services such as landline telephones and au Denki (electricity service).
    • If you set Viewing Rights for a canceled mobile phone line, you will not be able to see the breakdown of the same billing group in months where no billing has occurred for the canceled line.

For smartphone or tablet, follow the steps below.

    Access "Change Viewing Rights" [参照権限の変更].

    • Login with au ID is required.

    Check "Allow Viewing Rights"[参照権限あり] for all lines you want to add viewing rights to.

    • The line logged in to will automatically have 'Allow Viewing Rights' checked.
    • If you do not need to change the settings of other lines, proceed to step 3.

    Tap on "Confirm change contents"[変更内容の確認]at the bottom of the page.

    The settings of Viewing Rights is now completed.

    • Please wait up to 30 minutes for the change to be shown.
  • All of the indicated amounts exclude tax unless otherwise specified.
