【au/UQ mobile】How to check my monthly bill payment method

You can check it on My au/My UQ mobile (web).

For direct debit from bank account: You can verify the name of the financial institution and the branch name.

For credit card payment: You can verify part of the credit card number.

If you are unable to verify the above or if you are unsure of the details, please see below.

  • It may take about 30 minutes for the information to be reflected after the change of your method of payment.

You can log in with au ID and check with the button below.

  • You can also check it from your PC.

How to check from My au/My UQ mobile app

Open the My au/My UQ mobile app→tapping on "The total billing amount for the month of ●" [●月のご請求額合計] →Tap on "Details/change of payment method" [支払い方法の詳細確認・変更] at the bottom of the screen →Check "Current Payment Method" [現在のお支払方法].

If the payment method (credit card number/account information) is not displayed (tap here to open)

Please check "Change Viewing Rights for WEB de Billing" [参照権限の変更] and "Change of display setting for credit card/account number" [クレジットカード・口座番号の表示設定の変更].

  • If you are the contract holder of an au phone line and the contract name differs from the billing name, you cannot make the settings from the web. Please request an application form from the link below and have the person with the billing name sign, put the seal and return it. It will take about one week to register after we receive it. Then, please perform step 2 settings.

STEP 1: Change the Viewing Rights in WEB de Billing

We have established "Viewing Rights" to prevent the leakage of your billing information, which is the customer personal information, and to manage it safely.

Please set it by tapping on the button below in your web browser.

     Access "Change Access Viewing Rights" [参照権限の変更].

    • You need to log in with au ID.

     Check the "Allow Viewing Rights" [参照権限あり] for all lines you want to allow viewings to.

    • Automatically, the line you logged in will be checked with "Allow Viewing Rights".
    • If you do not need to change the settings of other lines, please go directly to Step 3.

    Tap on "Confirm changes" [変更内容の確認] at the bottom of the page.

    The settings of Viewing Rights is now completed.

    • Please wait for up to 30 minutes for the change to be shown.

STEP 2: Change the display settings on the WEB de Billing Registration Contents Change page

This operation is necessary to display account information or credit card number.

Please set it by tapping the button below in your web browser.

  • To protect your personal information, it is displayed partially only.

    • You can also check it from your PC.
    • You need to log in with au ID.

    Tap on "Change" [変更する] in the "Display setting for credit card/account information" [クレジットカード・口座情報の表示設定].

    Check "Display Partially" [一部表示する]  in the Display Settings and tap "Confirm changes" [変更内容の確認].

    The changes in display settings are now completed.
