How to read au online billing statement - "WEB de Seikyu-sho"

The following is an explanation of how to read online billing statement from au. Please prepare your au ID and password before using this service.
Log in from the My au Billing Inquiry page.

Use on a PC

    Log in with an au ID

    Select the orange button on the top "au IDでログイン (Log in with an au ID)".

    Log in

    Select the orange button that says "ログイン (Log in)".

    Enter your au ID

    Enter your au ID (au mobile phone number / any ID) in the top box.
    Enter your password (at least 8 letters, numbers and/or symbols) in the middle box. There is a picture containing characters above the third box. Enter those characters in the third box.
    Finally, select the orange button"ログイン (Log In)".

    a confirmation SMS

    A message will be displayed saying that a confirmation SMS (C-mail) will be sent to your au mobile phone.

    SMS messages

    Check SMS messages on your au mobile phone before you proceed to the next step.

     a log in permission confirmation page

    Tap the URL in the SMS (C-mail) message to display a log in permission confirmation page, then select the orange button.

    the process is finished

    When this page appears you are finished.
    Stop operations on your au mobile phone and return to your PC.

     your billing information

    The screen will automatically switched to My au, and you can confirm your billing information. For more information of your billing in in detail, please select orange button.

    Enter your 4-digit PIN

    Enter your 4-digit PIN and click the orange button on the bottom.
    Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a 4-digit number chosen when you started your au telephone contract. Please check your copy of the contract. If you enter your PIN incorrectly 3 times in a row in the same day, you will be unable to use it until the next day. If you cannot remember your PIN, check  I don’t know my PIN FAQ in Support.
