How to activate your au PAY Prepaid Card
After receiving your au PAY Prepaid Card, press the “Get Started” button to activate service.

- * au PAY Card is only issued to those with an individual contract for an au device, au HIKARI or au HIKARI Chura.
- * An au ID is required to apply for an au PAY Card.
- * Only one au PAY Prepaid Card is issued per au ID.
- * We will accept an application from a minor, with the assumption that approval has been granted from the parent/guardian.
- * For customers who apply using a user registration system, the card will be issued under the contractor’s name.
- * Business contractors and customers under prepaid or MVNO contract cannot apply for this card.
- * The card is valid for 5 years from the issued date. A renewal notice will be sent to you before the card expires. There is no charge for card renewal.
- * au PAY Prepaid Card is not a credit card.
