Initial Bill Payment
If you applied, at the time you signed your new mobile phone contract, to make your monthly payments via direct debit, you may be asked to use the transfer form shown below to make your first one to two payments, as the procedures for establishing direct debit with your designated financial institution may take some time to complete. Because in such cases it is not possible to transfer the money from your designated account, you are asked to please fill in the transfer form and take it to one of the convenience stores or financial institutions designated by au in order to make payment.
