Access the "Registered Services" page and log in with your au ID.
Tap on the "Service name you wish to check" [確認したいサービス名].
Users can check details such as the service name, inquiry phone number, and recurring billing ID.
To cancel a service that is charged monthly through au PAY (au Easy Payment), it is necessary for customers to complete the procedure themselves.
For monthly billed services that were contracted at an au dealer or through au, users may complete the cancellation procedure via the My au (Web) or au Navi Walk cancellation page.

Please proceed with the cancellation by clicking the "Cancel subscription" button displayed in the section of the service you are currently using.

If you are unsure about the cancellation procedure, please contact the service provider directly through their website or customer service center.
You may be asked for your recurring billing ID, so please make a note of it in advance before contacting them.
If the service is not listed in "Registered Services" but appears on your usage statement and incurs monthly charges, please check the service name.
Items marked "Google Play" or "Apple" indicate that you are not paying directly through au PAY (au Easy Payment), but rather that the payments are a subscription through "Google Play" or the "App Store".
Access the "Registered Services" page and log in with your au ID.
Tap on the "Link" for the "Service Name" to access the service provider's website.
Please proceed to the cancellation page on the service provider's website and complete the procedure.
The location of the cancellation page for paid services may vary depending on the service provider, but you will need to tap on "Edit Member Information/Cancellation Procedure" [会員情報の編集/解約のお手続き] or "Cancel" [解約] etc.
