If you have not yet applied for the Calls Details Statement Service, please check the application instructions on the following page.
You cannot check usage during the month or before the billing period has been confirmed. You also cannot check Calls Details Statement for any period prior to the month in which you applied.
Example: If you applied for a Calls Details Statement in January, you will be able to check your Calls Details Statement after the February bill (January usage) is confirmed. The Calls Details Statement prior to the January bill (December usage) cannot be viewed.
Enter the 4-digit PIN you set when you signed the contract and tap on "Next" [次へ].
The Calls Details Statement confirmation page will be displayed.
You can filter the display by selecting "Narrow down display conditions" [表示条件を絞り込む].
