You can check your registered contract address on My au (Web) .
(The contract address is the address of the contract holder. It is used when sending call details statements, etc. by mail.)

The contract address is listed under the "Contract Address/Contact Information" [契約先住所/連絡先].
The registered billing address can be checked on My au (Web).
(The billing address refers to the address of the customer responsible for paying the charges. It is used when sending invoices by mail, among other purposes.)

Tap on "Contract Information" [ご契約情報].
You can check your "Plan" [料金プラン], "Options Service" [オプションサービス] and more.
You can check the status of Kaetoku Program/Sumaho Tokusuru Program on My au (Web).
