【au PAY】I would like to know how to transfer the balance
To transfer or withdraw your au PAY balance, you must complete identity verification on the au PAY app or link your account with au Jibun Bank.

There are two types of au PAY balance: au PAY Money Lite and au PAY Money. With au PAY Money Lite, you cannot transfer or withdraw your au PAY balance. Please refer to the following page for more details.

The sender's transfer limits, minimum transfer amount, and transfer unit are as follows:
Maximum amount per transaction: 50,000 yen
Maximum amount per month: 50,000 yen
Minimum transfer amount: 100 yen
Transfer unit: 1 yen increments
- The monthly receiving limit is 200,000 yen.
- To create a QR code or URL for receiving money, identity verification or account linkage with au Jibun Bank is required.
