Procedures if you forgot your screen lock number
Android smartphones and 4G LTE mobile phones, do not have a lock number set by default.
If you are asked to enter a lock number, it means that a lock number has been set.
If you have forgotten the lock number, please proceed with the lock number reset procedure at au Style or au shop.
