You can check your current points balance on the au Ponta Portal.
Please see below for detailed instructions.
Steps

Access the au "Ponta Portal" [au Ponta ポータル].
- If the login screen appears, tap on "Login/New Registration" [ログイン・新規登録] and log in with your au ID.

The points you have will be displayed in the "Ponta Points" [Pontaポイント] column.
Check with the au PAY app

You can check your current points balance on the home screen of the au PAY app.

The timing of point additions varies depending on the campaign.
Please check the "Points Addition Period" [ポイント加算時期] section in the "Campaign Details" [キャンペーン詳細欄] section of the relevant campaign page.
