【au PAY】I want to check my au PAY balance
You can check it on au PAY app or the au PAY website.
How to check on au PAY app

Launch the au PAY app and tap on the "Home" [ホーム]icon at the bottom left of the screen.

The au PAY balance will be displayed at the top of the screen.
- If the balance does not display properly in the app, please try "How to check on the website"
If the balance is displayed as "--- yen"
The balance is hidden.
Tap the display/hide button (eye mark) to check your balance.
How to check on the website

Access the au PAY site and log in with your au ID and password.

The au PAY balance will be displayed in the "au PAY" section.
