You can change your au ID password on the "au ID Membership Information Site" [au ID会員情報サイト].

Access the "au ID Membership Information Site" [au ID会員情報サイト] and log in with your au ID.

Tap on "au ID Member Information" [au ID会員情報].

Tap on "Change" [変更] in the "Password" [パスワード] section.

Enter your current password and tap on [OK].

Enter your new password and tap on "Set" [設定].

It is recommended to set up a password that is difficult for third parties to guess.
(Including symbols/ not including date of birth, name, or phone number/ one that is not used on other websites, etc.)
