【IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT】
For customers using credit or debit cards

We are unable to obtain the approval of this month’s charge from your credit card company because the expiration date of your credit card has not renewed since you last registered to us.
Because of this, our company will charge you directly starting from this month’s bill.

Accordingly, we need you to register your preferred method of payment. Until such arrangements are made, payments must be made via payment slip (payment to teller).
Please bring the payment slip with you to a convenience store etc. and pay by the deadline specified on the slip.

Please note that you will also have to pay paper slip printing fee and a handling fee.
(Corporate customers and some others may not be liable for these fees depending on the stipulations of their contract.)

Please register via one of the following methods. Corporate customers should use the postal system (3).

(1) Register via “au Customer Support” - http://cus.au.com/a001
(2) Register at an au Shop (applies only to au cell phone users).
    Please bring your au cell phone with you along with cash or credit card.
(3) Register via mail. Please request an application form from our Customer Center.

Please disregard this notification if you have already registered before you recieved this notification.

IF YOUR PAYMENT CANNOT BE CONFIRMED

In some cases, any services you are using and your contract may be terminated.

CUSTOMERS USING AN au CELL PHONE

In the case that you are paying for your cell phone device by installments, all the remaining installments will be charged at one time after your contract is terminated.
Moreover, please note that you will not be able to use the same cell phone number again once your contract is terminated.
