Thank you for using au service.

 

This is a reminder that registration of bank account for direct debit transaction has been completed and the upcoming debit schedule.

Please make sure to deposit sufficient fund in your account before the debit schedule.  

For unsuccessful direct debit transactions, please make payment at au Style / au shop until the end of the month.

  1. About direct debit

    The payment will be withdrawn every 25th of the month (postponed to the next business day if debit day falls on weekends or national holidays) from the bank account you registered when you sign-up the contract.

    Deposit enough funds to the registered bank account before the debit date.

  2. When fund has not been deposited on time for the direct debit schedule

    Please visit an  au Style / au shop and make payment by the end of the month.

  3. Change of direct debit schedule

    Direct debit schedule can be changed from 25th to end of the month.

    For call the contact number stated below.

    • Next month's direct debit schedule will change when processing is completed by 10pm on the last day of the month.
    • Changes cannot be made at au Style / au shop.

  1. 关于银行账户扣款

    每个月的25日（逢周六日及法定休息日则为下一工作日）从签约时登录的银行账户里扣除话费。

    请务必在转账日前在登录的账户里存入足够的金额。

  2. 在银行转账日前未能及时存入足够余额

    请在月底前到au Style / au店铺支付话费。

  3. 变更账户扣款日期

    扣款日期可以从每月25日变更为月末最后一天。

    请拨打记载于下段的电话号码咨询。

    • 在月底最后一天的22点之前办理手续，从次月起转账日便变更为月底。
    • 无法在au Style / au店铺更改扣款日期。
  4. 确认话费的方法

    有以下2种方法。

  1. 계좌이체에 관하여

    계약시 설정하신 고객님의 계좌로부터 매달 25일 (토일을 포함한 공휴일 경우는 익일) 에 이용요금이 인출됩니다. 

    계좌이체 전날까지 인출 계좌에 입금을 부탁드립니다.

  2. 계좌이체일에 입금 놓쳤을 경우

    월말일까기 au Style / au숍에 방문하셔서 지불을 부탁드립니다.

  3. 계좌이체 날짜 변경

    25일로부터 월말 일로 변경 할 수 있습니다.

    하단에 기재된 문의처로 전화주세요.

    • 월말일 22시까지 절차를 밟으시면, 다음 달 이체일부터 변경됩니다.
    • au Style / au숍에서 변경하실 수 없습니다.
  4. 청구금액 확인　방법

    아래와 같은 두가지 방법이 있습니다.

  1. Sobre o débito automático

    O valor será debitado todo dia 25 (no caso de sábados, domingos ou feriados, o débito será no próximo dia útil) da conta bancária registrada no ato do contrato.

    Favor depositar a quantia necessária na conta bancária no máximo até um dia antes do débito.

  2. Não foi possível efetuar o depósito até a data do débito automático

    Favor efetuar o pagamento até o final do mês em uma das au Style / lojas au.

  3. Alterar a data do débito automático

    É possível alterar a data do dia 25 para o último dia do mês.

    Favor entrar em contato com o número descrito abaixo.

    • caso a alteração seja efetuada até às 22:00 do último dia do mês, o novo registro de débito automático será válido a partir do mês seguinte.
    • não é possível a alteração através das au Style / lojas au.
  4. Como verificar o valor da fatura

    Conforme abaixo existem duas maneiras de verificação.

  1. Về việc thanh toán qua tài khoản ngân hàng

    Vào ngày 25 hàng tháng (thứ 7, chủ nhật, ngày lễ thì vào ngày làm việc tiếp theo), tiền sẽ được trừ từ tài khoản ngân hàng mà quý khách đã chỉ định khi làm.

    Vui lòng cho tiền vào tài khoản trước ngày trừ  tiền trên tài khoản.

  2. Trường hợp cho tiền vào tài khoản không kịp với ngày trừ tiền tự động trên tài khoản ngân hàng

    Vui lòng đến au Style / au shop và thanh toán trước ngày cuối tháng.

  3. Thay đổi ngày trừ tiền tự động trên tài khoản ngân hàng

    Có thể thay đổi từ ngày 25 thành ngày cuối tháng.

    Vui lòng liên lạc tới trung tâm giải đáp được ghi dưới đây.

    • Nếu tiến hành thủ tục trước 22 giờ ngày cuối tháng, thì ngày trừ tiền tự động trên tài khoản ngân hàng sẽ thay đổi từ tháng sau.
    • Không thể thay đổi được ở au Style / au shop.
  4. Cách xác nhận số tiền thanh toán

    Có 2 cách như dưới đây.

    Iaawas kada buwan ng ika-25 na araw sa ipinatalagang banko noong paggawa ng kontrata.

    Magdeposito ng tamang halaga sa nakatalagang banko isang araw bago ang petsa ng pagbabayad.

  2. Kung sakaling hindi nakapaglagak ng pera sa banko sa tamang panahon

    Kung maari lamang na bumisita sa au Style / au shop at magbayad hanggang sa katapusan ng buwan.

  3. Pagpapalit ng araw ng pagkakaltas sa banko

    Maaring ilipat ang araw ng pagkakaltas mula ika-25 sa katapusan ng buwan

    Makipag-ugnayan sa nakasaad na numero sa ibaba

    • Ang araw ng pagkakaltas mula sa susunod na buwan ay magbabago kung makukumpleto ang proseso bago 10pm sa hulin araw ng buwan.
    • Ang proseso ng pagpapalit ay hindi maaring gawin sa au Style / au shop.
