Thank you for using our services.

According to our records, we have not yet received payment for services you have contracted with us.

We ask that you urgently pay using the payment slip after reading the notification postcard sent to you.

Please note that we will suspend the services you are currently using based on our service agreement if we cannot confirm payment by the due date.

Please accept our apologies if you have already paid your au bill.

Payments

  • Use the payment slip sent to your billing address to pay.
  • If you do not have a payment slip to hand, call the number below.

Other cautions

  • In case of your payment after 9pm, your service may reactivate on the next morning.
  • You will be charged for basic and optional services even if your telecommunications services are suspended.
  • Please note that we will terminate your contract if your payment continues to be overdue after the service suspension.
  • au Denki services will not be suspended together with your communication services, but your contract will be terminated and au Denki services will be terminated if payment continues to be overdue.
