About payment

Payment can be made using the invoice sent to your billing address.
Additionally, if you prefer alternative payment methods, you can access My au / My UQ mobile to complete your payment via the website or at convenience stores (excluding Seven-Eleven).
For customers who wish to pay through a method other than using the invoice, please refer to the page below.
In the event of misplacing the invoice, please refer to other payment methods listed here.

There will be a handling fee for payments made after the due date has passed.

Other reminders

Base on the terms and condition unpaid information
will be forwarded to othere telecommunications and PHS carriers
Service may resume the following morning when payments were made after 8PM

If payment is not made you may be billed for the balance of the installment payment in lump sum.

其他注意事项

如果不支付费用，根据相关条款，我们会将您的欠缴信息通知给其他手机通讯，PHS公司。
各公司会在受理签约申请时，用作审查参考。
如果在20时以后支付，则有可能在第二天早上才能开通。

如果手机本体是分期付款购买

如果超过期限仍未支付，欠缴信息会通告给信用信息管理机关。
如果不支付，那么分期付款的余款会被一次性结算。
欠缴信息会被通告给信用信息管理机关，在信用卡和贷款审查时有可能会受到影响。

同一名义有其他签约的用户

如果在支付期限前仍然无法确认到您的支付，我公司提供的其他服务也可能会停机或解约，请您注意。
支付未付款项后，我们将按照条款规定收取逾期手续费。

Informamos que não conseguimos confirmar o pagamento das taxas de utilização do serviço contratado.

Verifique o "Aviso de Rescisão de Contrato" enviado via correio e efetue o pagamento urgentemente utilizando o boleto recebido anteriormente.

Caso o pagamento não seja efetuado dentro do prazo, esteja ciente de que o contrato será rescindido por ordem de confirmação. Pedimos sua compreensão quanto a este ponto.

A rescisão do contrato será realizada conforme o cronograma definido pela nossa empresa.

Caso o pagamento tenha sido efetuado, por favor, desconsidere este aviso.

Forma de Pagamento

Você pode efetuar o pagamento utilizando o boleto enviado ao seu endereço de cobrança.
Além disso, é possível efetuar o pagamento pelo site ou em lojas de conveniência (exceto Seven-Eleven) acessando o My au ou My UQ mobile.

Outras informações importantes

Caso o pagamento não seja efetuado, a existência do débito será compartilhada com outras operadoras de telecomunicação e PHS, conforme estabelecido no contrato de serviço.
A informação será utilizada por outras empresas na análise de requerimento de contrato.
A reativação dos serviços poderá ocorrer na manhã do dia seguinte, caso o pagamento seja efetuado após às 20:00.

Existência de financiamento de aparelhos celulares e outros.

Caso o pagamento não seja efetuado até a data do vencimento, a informação do débito poderá ser enviada para as instituições de informação de crédito.
O valor integral do financiamento poderá ser cobrado em parcela única caso o pagamento não seja efetuado.
A informação do débito é enviada para as instituições de informação de crédito e poderá influenciar nas análises de requerimento de crédito e financiamentos.

Clientes com outros contratos de mesma titularidade

Outros serviços fornecidos também poderão ser suspensos ou rescindidos caso o pagamento não seja efetuado até a data do vencimento.
Após pagamento do valor pendente, serão cobrados juros de mora conforme estipulado nos termos e condições do contrato.

Yêu cầu thanh toán 【Báo trước về việc hủy hợp đồng】

Xin trân trọng cảm ơn Quý khách thường xuyên sử dụng dịch vụ của chúng tôi.

Về cước phí sử dụng của Quý khách, chúng tôi vẫn không xác nhận được việc thanh toán cước phí sử dụng của Quý khách.

Sau khi xác nhận giấy "Báo trước về việc hủy hợp đồng", kính mong Quý khách nhanh chóng thanh toán bằng giấy thanh toán đang có trong tay.

Trường hợp không thể xác nhận được việc thanh toán trước ngày quy định, chúng tôi sẽ tiến hành huỷ hợp đồng theo thứ tự. Xin Quý khách vui lòng lưu ý và thông cảm.

Việc huỷ hợp đồng sẽ được thực hiện vào thời điểm do công ty quy định.

Tuy nhiên, trường hợp Quý khách đã thanh toán rồi mà giấy yêu cầu thanh toán bị gửi nhầm tới, kính mong Quý khách lượng thứ.

Hình thức thanh toán

Quý khách có thể thanh toán bằng phiếu thanh toán được gửi đến địa chỉ thanh toán đã đăng ký.
Ngoài ra, Quý khách cũng có thể truy cập vào My au/My UQ mobile để thanh toán qua trang web hoặc các cửa hàng tiện lợi (trừ Seven-Eleven).
Đối với những khách hàng muốn thanh toán bằng phương thức khác ngoài phiếu thanh toán, vui lòng tham khảo trang dưới đây.

Những chú ý khác

Nếu không thanh toán cước phí, dựa trên những điều khoản hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo khoản chưa thanh toán cho các nhà cung cấp điện thoại di động, các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ điện thoại khác.
Thông tin này sẽ được các nhà cung cấp sử dụng trong việc thẩm tra khi tiếp nhận đăng ký hợp đồng.
Trường hợp thanh toán sau 20:00, có những trường hợp dịch vụ sẽ được mở lại vào sáng hôm sau.
Sau khi bạn thanh toán các khoản phí chưa thanh toán, chúng tôi sẽ tính lãi chậm trả theo quy định trong các điều khoản.

Trường hợp mua máy điện thoại, các thiết bị khác v.v... theo hình thức trả góp

Trường hợp không thanh toán khi đã quá hạn, thông tin về nợ tiền sẽ được gửi đến trung tâm thông tin tín dụng.
Nếu không thanh toán, có trường hợp chúng tôi sẽ thu hết một lần số tiền còn lại của máy đang trả góp.
Thông tin về nợ tiền sẽ được gửi đến trung tâm thông tin tín dụng , có thể ảnh hưởng đến việc thẩm tra khi đăng ký thẻ tín dụng Credit Card và vay ngân hàng.

Đối với khách hàng đang có hợp đồng dịch vụ khác của au đứng tên mình

Nếu chúng tôi không thể xác nhận được việc thanh toán của Quý khách trong kì hạn, có trường hợp các dịch vụ khác của au đứng tên Quý khách sẽ bị tạm ngừng sử dụng, cũng như bị hủy hợp đồng.
