If you forget your au ID password and are unable to log in, you must first set a new password.
You can access My au here.
Tap the orange “Log In” box on the top right.
Tap “I forgot my au ID or password” below the large orange box.
Tap “This did not solve my problem”
Enter the “au telephone number” and “PIN” for your iPhone, and tap “Send message (SMS)” in the orange box.

You can check your au ID during the new registration/password reset processes. Your current au ID will not be deleted by doing this. Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a 4-digit number chosen when you signed your contract. If you do not know your PIN, please check the application from when you signed your contract. |
A message (SMS) will be sent to you, so check the inbox of your
message application.
If a “Your session has timed out” error is displayed |
Change Safari’s settings for accepting cookies.
*If you are using iOS7, select either “ From third parties and advertisers” or “Never.” |
Go back to the home page and select “Messages”.

Select the URL written in the SMS (C-mail) sent to you.

If you do not access the URL within 24 hours, it will expire. If this occurs, you can acquire and register your ID by starting the process over from the beginning. |
Check your au ID at the top of the page.
Enter your new password twice, and tap “Confirm settings and log in” in the orange box at the bottom.

Your password must be 8 to 32 one-byte letters and numbers in length, limited to the following characters.
*You must use one-byte letters and numbers. *Symbols are not required, but using symbols in combination with letters and numbers will make your password stronger. |
Your password has been reset.
Tap “次へ (Next)” in the orange box to finish.
