This Internet connection service enables you to enjoy browsing or emailing with 4G LTE Smartphones and 4G LTE tablets.

Overview

An application for "LTE NET" is required to enjoy browsing or emailing with 4G LTE smartphones and 4G LTE tablets.

In addition to monthly charges, communication charges will be incurred depending on the volume of communications in the current month.

[1]When the "Smartphone Set Discount" is applied to "LTE Double-Teigaku for Tab", months in which you do not use data communications are free.
[2]Communications charges for the Internet service with mobile phones are calculated based on the amount of data transmitted and received. Charges are not calculated based on the connection time. Use of contents may incur additional information charges. Besides, packet communications charges are incurred regardless of the amount of information charges.

* Packet communication charge applies even if data are not received correctly.
* Some apps may not be usable with this plan.
* "Outbound Port25 Blocking" is implemented as an additional measure against unwanted mail.
* Packet communication charge shown above is applicable only for use within Japan. See below for use outside Japan.

Optimization of communication

In LTE NET packet communications, the optimization of communication may be performed on file types shown below to improve the display speed of images and shorten the waiting time before video playback begins.

Image files	BMP, jpg, gif, PNG formats
Video files	MPEG, AVI, MOV, FLV, MP4, 3GP, WebM, ASF, WMV formats

* HTTPS communications and emails with file attachments are not optimized.
* Customers who do not need communication optimization can contact the Customer Center (157) to have optimization cancelled.
* Optimization is the compression and conversion of images to the appropriate size for a smartphone screen. Compressed and converted data cannot be restored.
