In the unlikely event that a disaster occurs, this service will deliver useful support information to customers by Short Message Service (SMS).
Emergency Email Service (in Japanese only)
This service sends out earthquake early warnings and tsunami warnings from the Japan
Meteorological Agency as well as information on disasters and evacuations from national and local authorities simultaneously to au mobile phones within the affected area.
Location Information for Emergency Calls (in Japanese only)
This service notifies organizations that accept emergency calls of the caller's location when the caller uses an au phone to report an emergency (to either 110, 118 or 119).

In an emergency, at the request of rescue and aid organizations (Police, Japan Coast Guard, Fire Department, and other applicable organizations), we will acquire the location information of a user's mobile phone and provide that information to rescue and aid organizations.

This push-enabled app pushes alerts about earthquake early warnings, tsunami warnings, and other weather warnings within Japan in English, Japanese, Hangul, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
